Common Bond Basketball’s vision is to provide young athletes an extensive basketball development program, strategically combined with a signature personal growth program, to help them realize their highest potential on their court as well as in their lives.

Common Bond Basketball utilizes the principles of high-quality, ethical basketball play—with an emphasis upon a positive and enjoyable experience—while simultaneously teaching its players how these principles can transfer into their daily lives by helping them realize their full potential now as young people and into adulthood.

Common Bond Basketball’s goal is to empower its youth athletes to undertake positive action in the world as they become adults.

To utilize ongoing training, seminars, and clinics to help our coaches be their best
To develop a coaching handbook that can be a resource for our coaches
To provide mental health awareness training and seminars for coaches and parents
To create a statement of principles that can be used to guide the program
To foster ongoing parent communication and partnership
